I happened to go off of my diet of eating nothing because I was really getting hungry, so I had some sweet and sour chicken meat and rice, and I have eaten two turkey weiners uncooked, and I have eaten a lot of my pudding cups with different flavors, and also have drank my milk and a limited amount of of my iced coffee with a lot of creamer. My weight went up during this time-period but I wanted to wait for my weight to go back down again, and it did within 4 days. I also made the mistake of eating the Fritos twisty roll chips, flavored in cheddar cheese, and jalepeno. I know tha whenever I eat those that my weight is going to go sky high
