I ate very little this week. Somehow hunger seemed to leave me. With no one to cook for this week, I gravitated towards the easy meal (Amy's organic entrees), and if I was busy, or just not hungry, I didn't eat. Only one day did I eat a normal amount of food, and that was because of abnormal, quite delicious homemade Valentine's Day truffles! Okay, so that's not normal or healthy eating, but they were sooo good. So that, plus exercise, brings me closer to my lowest weight in years, and to my lowest since last June. 131.2 pounds. It feels so good.
59.5 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
