Well I just keep going up and down and up again just can’t move those last few kgs...... any ideas been keto for 16mths

Have you tried intermittent fasting as well? Heard they go well together?

Yes actually doing 48hr fast at the moment going to try to push it out to 64 ..... tomorrow lunchtime. 😊 hopefully that might move the numbers

64 hr fast done and dusted . Lunch with mum and my sister now starting another short fast 24hr maybe
