had 3000 calories of peanut butter and honey on 6/15 midnight snack.
it is all good because i had a deficit of 4500 ending the day plus the 2000 that i get for the day. so 6500 minus the 3500 ate still gives me room to manipulate.
Also starting today i will be back on track burning 550 this morning with 56 minutes of elliptical at 130 bpm average.
Stick with good breakfast, lunch, and manageable dinner and i will be gearing towards fathersday brunch/feast.
