had 3000 calories of peanut butter and honey on 6/15 midnight snack.

it is all good because i had a deficit of 4500 ending the day plus the 2000 that i get for the day. so 6500 minus the 3500 ate still gives me room to manipulate.

Also starting today i will be back on track burning 550 this morning with 56 minutes of elliptical at 130 bpm average.

Stick with good breakfast, lunch, and manageable dinner and i will be gearing towards fathersday brunch/feast.

Sounds like you have the Calorie count down but I'm not sure about the Midnight Snacking. I've tried to limit all my eating by 6:30pm which seems to have helped alot eventhough I've been known to cheat every once in a while. I've also started back on the elliptical machine 50+ minutes (~2.5 miles) and daily situps. I hope to get back down to the 213's before this weekend.
