im trying to eat 1000 kcal a day, im supposed to. but i qm only averaging like 875.. well doing the carb cycling too, its crazy how i take in less cal when cycling only average about 6-700 cal per day. darnn. well going to see what happenes by the end on this week, increased exercise with the mod carb days. oh well gotta keep trying now matter what.. keep on truckin babe..
