Day 4
I stayed under 900 calories somehow, even though I woke up starving.
Only got in 3000 and some steps.
Lifted weights for a half hour —- expecting to be sore — it’s been a while 🤪
Can’t figure out a lot of things about this app. Not sure if this post is public or not. Don’t know how to post a pic and write something about it. Lots of my journal entries “disappear”. So did my sleep/rest toolbar after day 2. Where did it go? Lol ...I love this app though because at least it keeps me accountable.

It is public. Your journey entries disappear? that is a bummer. You can maybe contact fatsectret and alert them to the issue

Have you tried eating at a higher calorie level? When you stop losing you will have no where to go..

I have thought about that ... According to one site, For my size I burn about 1600 calories a day at rest of sleep. So what should my calorie intake be? Some days I don’t have time to exercise so should my intake vary accordingly? And I don’t want to wait a year to lose 20 pound, but I know it’s not possible to do in a few weeks either. I know the five pounds I suppposedly lost was not made of fat ... although I wish it were! Lol. I am a bit unsure ... I just turned 48 and haven’t consciously been a calorie counter (on a diet) in about ten years. I started putting on the pounds two years ago and now I am fed up and just want it gone ... and mad a myself for not getting on this when I gained ten pounds and my pants getting waaay too tight. Now there are a lot of clothes I can’t wear anymore and I don’t want to buy new ones. I didn’t gain due to aging or a medical problem ... the fact is I just gave into myself and now if I hope to wear anything in my closet besides clothes that used to be baggy ( and meant to be) I need to make drastically different choices .... sigh ...

Check your RDI on here, input sedentary for activity. Take 20% off that and try to eat that level for 2 weeks or more to see if you lose.. If not, take it down another maybe 10%..

Thank you! Especially for the numbers of 20% and another possible 10 %. I knew I was supposed to be under the RDA but didn’t know how MUCH under. I appreciate your help!
