Thanks everyone for celebrating this achievement with me...@Nomkho I follow a high protein medium fat and low carb program and exercise 5 days and rest 2 days. I do both cardio and weight training... am now mostly focusing on weight since I was loosing muscle due to too much cardio and I have up’ed my protein consumption. My biggest victory is keeping my bad carbs at a low.
