FBS 199 - way too high. Have been consistently high in morning. Tried low protein at evening meal, but doesn’t seem to be working. Mid-day reading usually drops to about 109. Macros have been consistent at carbs 5%, fat 75%, protein 20%. Weight loss is about normal - up, down, up down - for me. Showed a 2 pound gain today after staying the same for last 4 or 5 days. Not unusual for me. Not going to change anything right now. Just going to stay the course. No eating after 6:00 pm and I usually have first meal around noon.
