Woke at 232.6, down 1.6 from yesterday. Protein shake for breakfast and tuna packets for lunch. Have a reception at the House of Representatives after work. Not sure if dinner will be served. UPDATE: No dinner but a few drinks at the Rayburn Building. My friend Tia and I went to Bonefish Grill afterward and I had the meal shown in the photos. Weighed 232.4 when I got home.
