@badakhie seadanya bahan di kulkas sih sebenernya hihihi.. Kalo yg ini, sawi hijau 1 cup, apel 1 buah, kacang sangrai 20 biji, air jeruk mandarin 2 buah.. Semua di blender sampai halus.. Jadi deh 😊
