Getting back on track. One month since the wedding, no more excuses.

Yesterday was a perfect example of what incorrect eating does to my mood. I'm so fortunate that James knows it's not him and is willing to forgive when I'm nasty.

Need to give Diet 101 ratios a full two weeks' run to see what happens to energy levels.
