Started going to the gym again, trying to go at least 3 times a week, this week I went 4! Lots of cardio, and core exercises. I also decided to take a picture and take my measurements because sometimes the scale just really frustrates me! The plan is to do my measurements at the beginning of every month, maybe every 2 if I can wait that long.
