My weight mysteriously accelerated and I am now almost at a medically recommended weight.
I have a theory as to why I dropped the amount of weight I have. The Santa Ana Winds have been blowing and the air is dry. I may have lost a bunch of water weight. Another that I have is that the scale is slightly non-linear and there just happens to be a jump at that point. The problem I have with the hypotheses is that I look like I dumped a bunch of weight all at once. Last week's pic looks a lot different than this week's. I know that as I get smaller small weight loss become more apparent, but the difference is too great. Perhaps the in the pic I just had a different posture.
Regardless, I can feel my muscles like I haven't for a while. This jiggling is decreased significantly and my old cloths fit but most are too big now. I'm happy with the way this is going.
