I have a salad I think you girls would like. About 6 spears from a celery heart (I use the leafy ones first), 1 gala (only apple I use) 1/4 of a vidalia onion 1/4 cup of raisins. Chop all of these and add 2 T. mayo, 2 T. of dill pickle juice or lemon. 3 packets of splenda and salt and pepper to taste. It is so satisfying because of the crunch. I had it with a crab cake today, home made so only about 100 calories. The salad only has the apple and raisin calories that amount to much, but still very low. Delicious.
