Semua makanan yg halal aman say, asal sadar porsi dan ga melebihi kalori harian yaa. Ga ush ngeri2 gt klo mau makan makan aja yg mau km makan, tp jgn berlebihan dan ttp dikontrol. Kalau kebanyakan ditahan2 malah stress lho, stress ga baik buat diet. Selamat nge-popcorn Mbanya 😊😊😊😊👍👍👍
