10 more pounds to go. I noticed some bones this morning that I haven't felt in a long time! My lowest ever recorded weight was 169 lbs and my lowest smoothed weight was 172 lbs. Just 3 lbs away from my lowest weight! I am starting to have desires to just eat more but they have been manageable. I really think that I will hit my goal weight this time around. I really need to figure out a strategy for maintenance that will allow me less rigidity in my diet.
