Really tired this morning! I had to literally forced myself to get out of bed at 5am to get my workout on! I didn't sleep well last night, and I almost didn't feel like going to work. I did my Walk Away the Pounds - 1 Mile and 8-Minute Taebo, and now I felt a little more energetic. I hope today is a good day........
