Tuesday was tough. Coffeed with the girls, senior citizens (locals brings pot luck to eat together and we girls play pitch all afternoon). Of course I ate things I shouldn't. Today is better. Had a visit at the hospital with a friend and then picked up a salad and had one of my crab cakes with it. Brought home burger and fries for hubby.

I do good through the week. It's the weekends that get me. And we usually just eat breakfast and supper/dinner. I ride my bike 30 every day.
