Today I actually did everything by the book. I'm trying to find that schedule that works good for me when it comes to working out. I'm convinced that every day will be a battle for me to get out of bed and workout, therefore, I need to think about the price and the fantastic feeling I get after a workout. Got up at 7:30am and did 45 min of Turbo Fire...Wow, sweat galore. Had me 5 small meals and feeling great. Tomorrow will be another battle I will conquer.
