I am doing the J-Lo/Rod no sugar and no carb 10 day challenge. Started today. Omg! It’s a bit more challenging than I expected. Finding food with absolutely no sugar nor carbs isn’t easy. Lol I’m doing it!!👍🏻💪🏻😊 I May challenge 3 ppl? Vegan cheese, tuna in water, veggies, and water. I also ate a cup of boiled pinto beans. No alcohol or diet soda. Reached my steps goal for today and did my 30 minute low impact Jane Fonda.😊💪🏻👍🏻
