When I overeat, I overeat protein, which is useful for muscle. 🏋🏻‍♂️ I do not overeat junk, I do not drink my calories (unless it’s alcohol) No, not even by accident. i want to keep my current shape that bad.

To stay on track you have really, really, really, really, truly badly want to succeed.

You’re boy must be a big motivation for you and I can tell you’re very strong mentally so I know you’re only on this app because you wanna be I joined it because I was looking up how many calories something was and then joined the app now I am emotionally invested in the people I follow that’s why I came back
