When I overeat, I overeat protein, which is useful for muscle. 🏋🏻‍♂️ I do not overeat junk, I do not drink my calories (unless it’s alcohol) No, not even by accident. i want to keep my current shape that bad.

To stay on track you have really, really, really, really, truly badly want to succeed.

If your drinking alcohol and eating treats that like to huge calorie counters there. I eat fish and chicken only lightly season with himalayan pink salt or peppers and if I'm feeling risky lemon pepper other then that all my other seasonings either come from the veggies I cook with it or I get raw herbs from my local super markets and fine chop into a seasoning that way you don't feel the need for those extras

Omg u obviously don’t know about my journey, I dislike most vegetables 🤢 I’m a fruit addict and I am really good at portion control.

Historically for me cutting calories and sugar with a traditional diet...it worked but I worked out a lot too. Idk something about Keto makes me feel so much better—clear headed, energetic and comfortable. I had lost a lot of weight a long time ago but wasn’t as “small” as I was now and I weight a lot more right now. I don’t eat clean and have no desire to restrict anything. Except for beer right now (it’s my biggest vice!!!).

I knew you were very smart where food is concerned but never realised how much weight you have lost I never thought to look now it makes more sense why your so passionate about what you have achieved well done 👍

Razor I was very unhappy with my body and avoided mirrors with a passion before. I was also very very lost and had no idea of where to start my journey
