I recalculated my RDI yesterday because up until now it has been coming back with 1150 calories which can be hard some days. Anyway I think I must have entered this number in myself years back when I first started because the calculator says I can have 1400 calories. I am going to try 1200 for a month or so and see what the result is because I am getting much better at working out what I can eat that keeps me satisfied but stays within my calorific allowance. I love this site.
