Just got done with my 15 minute power walk and WOWZA my shins are killing me! It's a good kind of hurt... everything is all tingly. I've had shin splints when I was on a "I'm gonna lose weight" kick and they are what made me stop doing everything all together. This time is different. I'm going to excercise but not push myself over the limit. My sis is bringing me her stationary bike so I can use that too. I also just bought the Leslie Sansone DVD "Walk Away The Pounds." It's a nice little workout... my 5 year old LOVES to exercise. He's always asking me to bust out the Biggest Loser work out DVDs. He's got far more energy than I have but I'm hoping with my will and determination I'll get my energy back too!
