Thanks but it's just water yo-yoing up and down 😔

Why? Are you eating more than normal?

Not really. Refeed days seems to land on the day I hit my lows.. I think I need to take it down a notch for a while.

My chart looks the same (sigh). However, I am looking at it as a case of the up and down (yeah basically water moving in and out), being a normal physical fluctuation as I continue to build muscle. However, I am still aiming for a 10 pounds loss before I allow myself to go into a true bulk.

Yeah, but I have 30+ lbs to lose at least.. Need to reevaluate and maybe take time off weights and just do some cardio. I can't stall for a month.. Yes that's me, most recent picture around 285. I hide most of the fat in the midsection 😉

@Cb1006 - Well, all I can say is I felt as you feel. I lifted weights with my dumbbells at home, but I basically ran 3-5 miles everyday and fasted as much as I could for three months. Most people said I was 'doing it wrong'. But, I have kept the weight off for 6 months.
