Had my hernia surgery consul today. BP still up, 166 top number. But I lost 2.2 lbs since last Dr appt two weeks ago tomorrow, so YAY! They will let me wait on surgery, so I am gonna keep walking and eating healthier and drinking my water......cuz it's working!

Be careful with your blood pressure and yes keep drinking water. Hopefully you will find that as you lose more weight, your blood pressure will get better. I no longer have to take meds for mine and it is consistently lower than 120/80 now.
