Ohhhhh, boot camp is kicking my butt. Jog/walked 5 miles Monday - felt really strong. Boot camp yesterday; this morning I'm sore all over. Jog/walked 3 miles this morning and it was all I could do to finish it. But I feel good for working so hard and looking forward to seeing the result on the scale and in my clothes.

I keep telling myself "no pain - no gain" or shouldn't that be no loss? Oh well you know what I mean. Desi, you are kicking the butt there girl. I am happy to complete a mile.

wow! You rock!!LOL !! I was all proud because I decided to start exercising. I'm doing 35 min. aerobic dance and 1 1/2 miles(so far) on the treadmill!! Hopefully soon,I'll be up to 3 mi. on the treadmill,but, boot camp..not in my lifetime!!! LOL !! Congrats to you!!

I've been doing the boot camp for 8 weeks now, and I'm amazed at how far I've come in my strength and stamina. I'm loving it because it pushes me to do more than I'd do on my own. Bear crawls, crab walks, running with the parachute, running with somebody pulling behind you, that rope thing you see on Biggest Loser, obstacle course stuff, all sorts of "fun" stuff with medicine balls and bands...Yeah, I'd never do all that on my own. I'm the biggest girl out there by far but I'm kicking butt & taking names, if I do say so myself. :)

Wow, that is amazing. I walk!! No runnig for this 51 year old, fat woman! The last time I ran, I tripped over my own feet, fell, and broke my shoulder! My hubby always "DON'T RUN!!" lol Keep up the good work, Desi. You are doing fan-freakin'-tastic!!!!

I am out of breath just reading about your exercise and here I think I am doing so great with my 45 minute walk. You inspire me to do better. :)
