Day 17: Had a .1 loss, which is absolutely surprising as I ate the house down yesterday! It started with salt cravings, then I just grazed all day long. I am not going to dwell on it though. I'm eating my healthy breakfast now and am shooting for 1200 calories over the next 3 days. Happy Thursday!
