Natural Calm is an excellent way to give your body much needed magnesium and keep your bowels going! Places like the vitamin shoppe, health food stores, etc. sell it. OR you can just take a magnesium supplement... magnesium citrate over magnesium oxide... start with 500mg before bed. I was chronically constipated and have tried everything. All the fiber/psyllium laxatives bloated me and produce gas (no thanks lol) but the magnesium works wonderfully! You can definitely be holding on to weight if you're not going regularly.
