Well I made it to my goal wieght of 280 pounds now onto my next goal of 250. I find it is easier to break it down into smaller goals then one big goal. I would like to thank every one for all the kind words it reall helped me make this far.
127.0 kg Lost so far: 24.9 kg.    Still to go: 27.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
