Had a few appt's today so I didn't run. Long day, still sick with cold, and TOM decided to visit 2 weeks early....ugh! But I still feel ok....just so sleepy. Haven't logged food in...I'll try right now. If not I'll enter it in tomorrow. Need to rest.
Running tomorrow morning...excited :-)! Still pushing for 4 miles. Hopefully I can...wish me luck!
