Well, 2 lbs down since restarting my diet after graduation. This is good. On the other hand, I've inadvertently been following a very low calorie diet the past three days, and this is where the weight loss results from. I'm a little bit perturbed that weight loss is only kicking in when I go to approximately 800 calories/day.
This likely has something to do with the PCOS and I'm hoping that taking inositol will help. (I know 800 cal/day is questionably healthy, if I keep on this trek I'll talk to a nutritionist or something...)
The very low calorie thing, I think, occurred in part because an awfully large part of my 1200 cal/day habit was simple sugar, and I've not been doing nearly the energy drink/juice amount that I used to. (Incidentally, the 1200 cal/day theory was not working. I went weeks on 1200/day and my weight just fluctuated.) Ideally, I'd like to raise my calories, and eat healthier, but I need to get my taste buds adjusted to liking healthier things.
