Trying this app because it has South African references. Hope it works well for me.

I have lost 40 kg over the last couple of years and now need to maintain my weight. Been struggling, as I drop below and that's just not just on, because I look sick.

61.3 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
