winddancer's Journal, 07 Jun 10

Sometimes it takes me forever to log on.I blame is on my server but maybe my brain has left for the day which means I don't know what I'm doing.

Weekend busy, checking on cousin at the beach on Saturday, keeping in touch with dd's one who sold her home, bought another.

Had popcorn last night,of all the things to crave that was a silly one.
Popcorn doesn't always agree with me but anyway, felt I should do it rather then think about that for days which would end in a binge,I think.

See,still working my way thru all this.Small steps will equal big rewards.Have I ever thought of throwing my hands, saying enough already.
Sure I have but it ain't goin to happen.Don't you just love my english
Told you brain is floating so can't guarantee the results, not even the
spelling.

Out early this morning for blood work which should prove interesting to say the least.Stopped, got more veggies.

I feel like a tomato, round firm and fully packed, not sour but sweet tasting. LOL I did take a very small piece of rye with peanut butter
for after my blood work, could have done a better choice. However too eary in the am to think about it.Don't you love that excuse.

Well dear buddies FS friends have a wonderful successful day,be good to yourself, stay positive

"You cant change what you don't acknowledge"..I think a Dr. Phil quote. We are learning Mary Ellen, at one time in our life we never bothered to take the time to reflect on what we ate or why but things are changing and so are we. Your doing great. :)

MAry Ellen, you are doing just fine. I agree with Lenny, and once we acknowledge what needs to be changed, the we do it! Right???? We are going to win this battle!! Keep up the good work, and keep that sense of humor intact. Good luck with the bloodwork!
