Well, the internet is a great place, yeah? Er, sometimes at least. It's not perfect, but I did find the answers to my previous post. I've got such great info that I'm gonna journal it to make sure I can see it wherever I go. (Hence one reason why the internet is superb.)

1983 kcal/day: 996 kcal of Protein (249 g) 525 kcal of Fat (58 g; predominately mono- and polyunsaturated) 462 kcal of Carbs (116 g; because I can)
