I am pretty stunned at the result. 4 pounds! I was so bad at the beginning of the week....but I exercised alot...But didn't track so I was truely clueless what the scale will say.
This week I will definitely do a better job of tracking and eating but...when I get such a good result on a questionable week...it seems less cut and dry.
This weeks meeting was really full with new people. I guess everyone is taking advantage of the free registration thing.
