Eh I don't notice unless I get next to none. I started a probable 28hr stretch this am. Work should be fun tonight. Then I'll go to the gym in the am since I'm doing a refeed.. At least I'll have a lot of carbs with my no sleepy..

That's one main reason I got my garmin, to see how much I actually sleep. It gives the average for the week etc and prob month. I have a very irregular schedule with 3rd shift life and a infant. Well even before the infant 🙄

Analyzing my sleep patterns and quality of sleep is what I miss since going from Fitbit to Apple Watch. Guess I could sleep Fitbit on? Hhmm, lol. I have to get up 2a for work 4-6 days a month but luckily I’m able to go to sleep on “command” and don’t have to worry about kids or spouse. Sleep is so important and pretty sure 99% of New Yorkers get nowhere close to enough sleep. 😁

I thought Apple watch tracks sleep? I overheard someone say it tells them when they're in afib??

You can add apps to Apple watch that tracks. Fitbit is smaller to sleep with. I’m not sure I want to sleep with Apple Watch on anyways. I may go back to wearing Fitbit for sleep only.
