I went running finally and it felt good. 3.40 miles. This cold plus my time for TOM to start getting ready for his visit doesn't help me. I am going to do my exercises tonight. It's shoulders, traps and abs. I feel blah but I'm still pushing on. We will see what the scale has to say tomorrow. I feel lighter today so we will see.

Awesome! I'm so happy you were able to get there & run. Keep on pushing! I don't get a TOM b/c of how I use my BC, but for some (not all), working out helps so give it a go. The worst that could happen is that it doesn't help & you'll know not to do it again, lol. I hope the cold subsides soon. Keep it up girl!! = ) Janisha
