2 wks now...i've been tempted a few times to stray but so far i'm sticking pretty close to 1600 cal a day and 30 min or more on treadmill..i started out at 2mph and slowly graduated to 2.3 and 2.5 mph,,,If my legs can build up to 3 mph I think it would be ideal for my diet...wish me luck...
