I've been sleeping so much lately. I slept like 11 hours last night and the night before, and then I took a 4 hour nap today. I don't know why I'm so tired, but I haven't worked out much this week at all because of it. Hopefully this weekend I can find the energy.
No matter how much/little I sleep I'm always tired. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd love them! The only caffeine I drink is in tea (sometimes), but that doesn't seem to have much affect.
