Suka gemes sama org2 disini yg cara dietnya menyakiti tubuhnya sendiri, terutama yg puasa ga makan ga minum sampe 3x24 jam.
Please, being smart isnt hurt anyone. Katanya turun BB nya setelah puasa. Yaaa logikanya aja 😂. jadinya main disini cuma input data makanan harian aja. Have a good day everyone, happy new years 🤗
