Listen girl, I feel your pain. I'm going through lots of stress lately and that is definitely a food trigger for me. I made the mistake of taking a whole can of almonds to work with me yesterday and that was not a good thing! At least eating almonds is good for you and they are filling so I was able to cut back on lunch. I won't be taking a whole can anymore. I need to go back to buying the 100 calorie packs even though they cost a bit more. Good job on staying in control!
