Back to IF:16:8 today after a few indulgent Christmas meals... when I don't fast my energy levels are so low. happy to be back on my track and doing what feels good for my body. 😉 picked up a bit of holiday weight, but I think most of it is just bloating... the great thing about IF & Calorie counting is it's just so easy to get back into healthy eating habits again. also. the chocolate pudding I made yesterday was totally worth the 2nd helping 😉
