well its only been 2 1/2 weeks give or take got really strict with the protein, not exactly going to go Keto , gotta have oatmeal.. but staying away from the rice pastas breads and potatoes. did a little to much exercise, i gorgot about muscle.. got worried when the scale didnt move, then had to reflect.. almost cried, but then o remembered my last run, i lost 6 lbs in one week then the followi g week gained nearly 10, asked FS they all asked about my routine, still learning as i go. always looking for suggestions for the sweet cravings.. those are the most difficult.. that is why i stick with oatmeal.. great fiber and slightly sweet.. have a great holiday all..
