Tomorrow is Friday! I really need to focus on my diet throughout this weekend. I noticed as the week went on, my carb intake increased every day. I'll try eating more protein and buy some protein powder to supplement my diet. This weekend my goal is to eat more protein, green veggies and reduce my intake of carbs. I also want to go on a long Saturday run(weather permitting) to work on my endurance. I'll continue to drink lots of water, record my daily caloric intake and exercise daily. Hopefully with these few modifications, I'll be able to see the results within the next few weeks (or even few days).
