They are soft and cheesey. But it is actually Turnip not raddish.

Oh yeah it is turnip. Now I see it. Radishes are less carby. I like to fry them. They are really good like that

I baked them with oil the first time and they were crispy. Next time i will try garlic parmesan in the air fryer.
