CONFESSION TIME
After a solid few months, and close to 30 lb loss, I'm now home for the holidays.
While visiting home I've never managed to work out or cook with any consistency. My parents are divorced which means I'm usually bouncing around... I can't just post up and meal prep (although it is an excuse I guess). I don't have my scale, or my rowing machine, and my gym doesn't have locations here. But the big problem is that, besides dinners out with friends, and the holidays themselves, I start fill in the gaps with crap from Dunkin' Donuts, McD's and... gas stations :(
That said, I just cooked for a couple days tonight, and bought groceries for more. Won't be shooting for perfection, or doing much (if any) logging over the next two weeks. My goal is just to avoid binging on garbage food while I'm home, I think.
