I'm trying to be slim from last 8 years but useless. Now, It's all about to follow Sunnat e Nabvi otherwise I can never. Alhamdulilah!

I had 114 kg last year than start eating healthy food and reduce 13 kg in 3 months...

Sunnat e nabvi means ... I follow Prophet Muhammad Sallahu Alyhe Waslam' mathod. He says if ur wish to eat one roti then u u eat half and if u wish half then u eat 1/4. I follow it and succeed, Alhamdulilah.

my diet plan after fajar= 2 tsp turmeric+1 tsp kalvanji with warm water breakfast,lunch and dinner = 1/2 roti + steam 150 zucchini or 150 capsicum with extra virgin olive oil in between I eat wet almonds almost 22 grams, fish selmon and any seasonal fruit. and complete 1000 calories in a day

Look shabana I am muslim doctor but if u go after sunnah try looking at sahabas life, where they are intermittent fasting for 3 days with a single date or even half, but as it's really difficult so try eating more calories from proteins and fats n less n less from, carbs and if u like this I ll guide u through my clients have lost over 10 kilos in a month :)
