unhappy to report that i had to go to er again this time because of a hypertensive crisis. bp was 237/110 when they measured it :-0 luckily they brought it down quickly with iv meds. felt like shit after they did that. very weak very dizzy guess my body got used to a higher bp for a while. i was not really good about checking it but not anymore. i have 3 different bp monitors and i'll have one at work too! good news is that i've been real serious re weight watchers. i've been to 2 meetings this week. my weight seems solid around 210 or so. i was 208 when i got home from hospital but i think i was dehydrated i gained 2 lbs once i started to eat and drink etc. i love the new weight watcher program lots of stuff is "free" like eggs, fish, veggies and fruits. really encourages healthy eating. i hate the ww app though i like fat secreet much better!! but i decided to record my points in ww app and record my calories in fat secret to see how they compared. very interesting so far. i have to be careful to eat enough carbs. had to have an orange to bring my blood sugar up it was low and they had to give me orange juice in the er as it was low there too. so far , so good diet wise. now to take the heart issues. appt tomorrow w/ cardiologist!
