Thanks for all of the support and encouragement that you have all provided. I am Keto and OMAD/Warrior diet since April. I chose this because of a family history of diabetes and OMAD is also convenient to my career. I have a mostly sedentary lifestyle right now and work in a control room on 12 hour revolving shifts day and night. The biggest change I made was committing myself to a plan and incorporating it into my family meals. Enough was enough and I was wanting to make a lasting change long before I started my journey. Goal 1 is 10-15% body fat and target weight around 205. Goal 2 is to rebuild my physiq to a maintenance weight of 220.

Thanks everyone! This week I reduced fat grams and total calories while maintaining macros. I have been targeting 2000 calories per day but I ended up around 1500 this week with under 100g fat. I've been losing a pound per day with this cutting cycle since Monday.
